for this cutscene with Kuna is it just pick whatever you want or is there some special thing or something if I pick a certain choice?

Pretty sure it's just one of those "Interactive movie" scenes - make a choice, see a different scene, you know - STORY.

oh thanks although I didnt see replys here so I just picked whatever, which happened to be the second option: her moves were sharp.

Story was very interesting the feels on the Chrome Dragon and her they were friends it seemed and here I thought he was just a nasty beast like the other bosses.

Chapter 10 I believe. I've completed 9 and never seen that.

The anser changes her next line. If you disconnect you computer from Internet after it but before the ent of cutscene, it will start from the beginning next time you log in. That way you will see all possible versions of cutscene.

It's not part of any chapter specifically. I'm not sure when it unlocks, but it's a conversation you have with Kuna in the same manner you have with Matoi: You just walk over to her and it'll start a scene with no relevance to the story or Matter Board.
