Is there a way to tell when his EQ will appear in the game?

I haven't saw him appear in weeks now, except from half an hour ago, and being my luck, I had to go to the doctors 15 minutes before it started and arrived back a minute after it finished. Would really just like to play him but its becoming really rare. A while ago it used to be 3 times a day or so.

I use the PSO2 chrome addon to tell when EQ's will start. There's also this Twitter page (https://twitter.com/pso2_emg_bot) that tracks them for all ships.

I should also note that the chrome extension uses the mentioned twitter feed as the basis for when EQ's are in effect. I also need to add in the new dragon EQ, along with other changes. I've just been kind of lazy about it.
