Stuck In The Loading Screen

ok i login choose my character and the game loads before the lobby. im stuck in the loading screen to enter the lobby for some reason. has anyone had the same problem? if so how did you fix t?

did u recently patch your game?

Sometimes after an update if I patch the game with an older English patch it will not load on the loading screen until I grab the most recent patch

yes it patched about a day or 2 ago.
