Ships/Servers do not appear

I started up PSO2 after I downloaded it, the ships/servers loaded regularly the first time i played it. The next time I tried playing the ships/servers wouldn't load, it just shows the loop thing when it loads. I can't figure out how to fix this :argh:
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sometimes the game lags and it takes longer then usual to load.(Double check your internet connection to be sure) If it's still not working right after an adequate wait time. Try checking files. Maybe something had a brain fart.(I know I had to do that earlier this week.
