As having a job has largely replaced my ability to play PSO2 during JP peak hours with a large and steady source of income, I am going to switch servers. As such, I have a few questions.

1) Ship 2 still has the highest English population, right?
2) Does it also have a sizable JP population?
3) If #1 is false, where go?!

1) Yes
2) Very large. At peak hours, anywhere between a quarter to a half of the blocks are completely full.
3) #1 is not false =D
