I know I can switch my Vita over to my JP PSN account and download the game and play it but I really don't want to do that and then have to re-setup my Vita to use my USA stuff, If I import the JP PSO2 cart can I just use my US PSN account? I am not able to find any information for this.

You can us an US account if you use the cartridge.

Could've asked this in the quick question topic though. ;)
