That's a captcha with hiragana characters.

http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm should be helpful for typing hiragana (or katakana & kanji).

During the guides u will walk against some issues, but if I managed to succeed, anyone can... My English isnt that good and I havent got much knowledge bout computers or so...

I will get the comp in a day or two so it why I cant download it right away

you don't have a computer now? you could transfer the downloaded files to the new computer with a flash drive or something. it really is a huge download.
