Creating A 2nd Character On PSO2

I just have a few questions if someone may have the answers. I've been considering making a 2nd character but my question is will Client Orders be different then the other character? I know there are some that are only limited for 1 account but say I do my time attack client orders on character A, will character B be on the same cool down? Or are they completely separate?

Client Orders are completely separate per character. (This includes the Time Attack Orders)

Those "per account" Client Orders are also separate per character, you just won't get the item which is given to you again on your second character.

Everything is separate on different characters, except storage and Team Point Limit (and maybe some other things).

You can do TAs on both characters. The COs on one character will not affect the other.
