Is it possible to get an English patch for the Vita? Sorry if it sounds a lil stupid xD

We would have to crack the Vita first. Looking at Sony's track record with software cracks....

Could be possible, but not at the moment. You can't access the vita file system yet, so no possible way to patch.

I heard something about and UNO exploit, but I think that was just for the PSP side of the Vita. Just wait until they release the right game and they make a save data exploit for the Vita side though, then we'll be able to start talking about this as a possibility.
