Does beta SEGA ID really work? problem creating character in game

hello i registered before for the open beta and was able to play and everything, unfortunately today i finally decided to try the full game which i never did and when i log in and choose ship----> then i hit create character it gives me a message in japanese that says i need 500 ac to make character. what the heck is wrong?

do i need to find my beta character and delete before i can recreate? or how do i go about in making character?

If it was from the open beta, your character carried over. You are only allowed 1 free character at a time. You'll either have to figure out which ship you were on or pay ac to get another character.
