PSO2 PC help

Hi I downloaded PSO2 three times and each time i start the game i get an error code sating "Cannot find 'd3dx9_43.dll'. Please re-install this application."

I've gone thru the lengthy process of reinstalling 3 times and i'm quite annoyed and ready to give up and just continue with playing on the vita can anyone lend me some advice or even goes as far as sending me the file?

Nah, no need for someone to send that, you need to install DX9 runtime from microsoft since you're missing a DX9 file.

When i try downloading DirectX i get an error from the setup saying "An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem."

I looked at DirectX.log and there was nothing and DXError.log didnt exist so what now?

have you tried uninstalling direct x and reinstalling it?

Its a windows file and cannot be uninstalled without restoring windows i can not find a way to fix it online either.

Esit:Found a solution need to run directX as administrator.
