If there is already a thread that explains this please post and I thank you in advance lol.
Basically it has to do with affix'ing. How do you make the special % bonuses from souls / mutation work? example say Snow soul (Increase success rate of 【Ice Resist】 and 【Body】 by 20%.) What am I doing wrong here as I use this with body II and it is still 60% but is suppose to be 80%?
Then this whole mutation... increase success rate of level Ⅲ abilities by 30% when combining 2 or more level Ⅱ abilities.
^ How exactly do I make that work! I have tried but I see no increase in chances with level 3. what is the trick to doing these. really looking for some guidance here as I know I must be doing something wrong ^_^;
