Exp limit?!

I just finished patching and logged into PSO2 to look at the new stuff and noticed there's a limited quest on the list. So I thought hey lets have a look, I then looked at the bottom to see this.

Since it's in Japanese I have no clue so I was wondering if anyone knew or could translate. I've also noticed that this is appearing on a lot of quests in bright yellow.... I definitely know it wasn't there before this update.

Are they capping us?

I am pretty sure it means that you will be getting an EXP penalty if you play the quest.

you dont get any exp and drops in that quest, its a simulator

Well i've only just got to fighter so I guess it'd be new to pop up and tell me now I just thought i'd ask about it.
But then I've done runs on these maps before with a lower level and still got drops. I know about the decreased exp due to lower levels though.

Well this isn't just on the limited quest it's on all my quests except for a few which are mainly the forest maps.

and im telling you that you dont get anything in the "limited quest"
any % from 0 is 0
