Games Keeps Loading In the First Forrest Scene

I created my character and proceeded with the game and a cut scene with a blonde elf appeared. After a short moment, Forrest map appears, but then it keeps loading and loading. I wonder if I broke the game with the patches and need to download the game again?

That's tricky, because we've had instances where this happened without the English Patch, but we can never seem to narrow down what the issue is.

The only two known solutions we have right now are to lend your account to a friend and have him pass the problem spot for you or to completely reinstall your client because something probably didn't install correctly.

EDIT: Seeing your other threads (I have a tendency to reply first before looking; bad habit), did you actually manage to get past this issue? Just asking, because that's what it sounds like, but you don't directly say whether you did or not anywhere.
