Good/cheap units?

Hey guys, was wondering. Are there any good/cheap units that don't require a lot of defense? Preferably not 10 star since I do not own the pass.

Also you probably have enough r-def as a Hunter to equip the Vol set you can get the whole set with a single slot Vol Soul each for minimum price.

There's some good sets you can buy for 1k each unit so it depends on what class you're going to use if you just want a random affixed unit. If you want them with their proper soul and attack, that's going to cost more.

Nobody told me that purple wings require 30k per affix attempt, so avoid that like the plague.

It helps to learn and understand how to properly affix things. I made a purple wings ragne/techIII set today for a friend and it would've cost 5M If I bought it off the market. It took a few minutes buying the lowest priced units with random affixes and made the set myself for half that cost.

Rear and arm are 1k, leg is about 70k. In total, they give a lot of HP, PP and SDEF. Better than some of the 10 star unit sets, I think. They do cost about 20-30k to affix, though. They're also a little lacking in TDEF.
