Can I Still Get Episode 1/2 DLQ?

I was wondering, despite the servers not being active anymore, is there still a way to get old downloadable quests into my game (I'm assuming they need to be written on a memory card)? I really would like to finish the Sue/Bernie Subplot, and do any bonus quests that I haven't done already.

u need to get ur gc online = broadband adapter ,
search you tube for ' how to get online with a gamecube ' or ' how to get online with pso ' etc ...
read pso instruction book on how to download quests
