Yeah, but your storage stays on the original ship.

Basically lets you make one character on any ship if you delete all of your old ones (one, I assume)

Also a question in mind, if you delete a paid character can you remake it?

As I said, if you delete all the characters on your account, you can remake one for free.

I guess they are separate, but I tried to generalize. You only get one free character if you delete all characters on the same account (whether it's 1 or many). If you have zero characters on your account, you may create one on any ship.

Each ship has its own storage, so if you remake on the same ship you don't lose all your stuff.
