Yea it looks like it's maintenance or something. There was that big yellow flashing sign on the other day, I wonder if this is the maintenance they are talking about.

I'm also getting 249.

Whenever these things happen, I simply check pso-world.com and see if

a) other ppl are experiencing it
b) calm down and play other game
c) play like crazy once the servers go back up

That yellow sign was for the Arks GP event that was held few days ago.
