It's a wand camo and it was distributed already. Check the Campaign section on the Visiphone.

I actually got it today, but I also thought it was for Rifle... D:
That explains why I couldn't use it, lol

It's a wand? Bleckh... I guess everyone just assumed it would be a rifle since the only weapons we have that are bouquets are rifles.
