How to activate PSE burst?

Title says all ^^. Also im lv 13 if anyone wants to play with me (ingame name = smilinreap). If you wish to play together please be withing 6 lvs of my char. I don't wish to be power leveled nor do I like high lv spoilers xD.

Im low lv because I restarted in server 2 so I could have people to play with QQ.

PSE bursts are obtained by raising a PSE to level 9, which is a very rare occurrance. Some weather effects can make PSEs happen much more often. Your best bet is to find the elusive Crystal Protection E-trial, preferably with an MPA of 5 or more, and clear it. If you do so, just about every other enemy will have a PSE happen, and eventually get a PSE burst, as well as a Cross Burst, which is, as you can guess, multiple PSE bursts.

also if your in a bigger group stick together this helps. don't all wander off in different parts of the map.
