Keep getting 630'd several minutes in a quest.

No idea why. I can sit in lobby for hours and almost never get it. I try to do a quest, run perfectly fine for a few minutes, and then all of a sudden I'm getting huge lag spikes and then I'm dropped.

I'm fucking done with this shit and I'd seriously like to know if anyone has any suggestions.
