Search TWO AFFIX in player shops?

Is it possible to search for not just 1 affix on items in player shops, but for items with TWO particular affixes you are looking for in items in player shops? Or perhaps 3+?

I'm assuming no, and I should have asked this question a long time ago..

You can search for the number of affixes, but no a specific one like elder soul for example.

The option with the 3 in the plusminus box is the affix search modifier for items.
