Client orders

Question regarding the above.
I've noticed that with certain NPCs, not all of their client orders are available to me even though I have completed every other one they have. It never really bothered me before, but with the new bingo card out, I now need to access them somehow.
I'm talking about the "Mild, mild murder III" and "Black slaughter VI".
I assume they're from Revelle, but he/she doesn't seem to offer them to me regardless of having everything else done. I've also completed some of them again to see if it set them off but it didn't work either.

Any ideas?

bump up her friendship aka spam all her client orders as much as you can

I think taking them with your on quests helps too.

Bah. I didn't know that was how they released more COs. I never really done hers/his because of the stupidly low exp payout for the majority
