Help! Am new here and cannot SEE any characters

Hello everyone I just recently downloaded the Japanese version of PSO2 and I'm having a little problem. How come I'm not able to see my character? When I'm trying to create my character's traits, there is nobody visible as there should be.

If anyone could help me ASAP that'd be great! Thanks in advance

Off the top of my head.

Try lowering the shaders.

If you're using the english patch try playing the game clean first, and/or try doing a file check.
