Spellstone 11* weapons already?

My friend showed me a player who already had one of the weapons from the manastone shop. How is that possible given the maximum possible amount of EX passes distributed? Did the person just get lucky and find the weapon? The large stones actually drop or lots of medium stones drop?

A teammate of mine said you can only get EX passes from Pudding on 1 character. He has several alt characters. The campaigns are tied to an account also right?

That's why he said accounts, not characters. Still, it would be faster to just buy passes for 300-500k than to level a bunch of new accounts lol.

Stock on 250% rare tickets, invest in Lucky Rise unit's. Spam floors 1-5. With 205 Rare booster, you get about 40-50 stones.

Are the first 5 floors the best for collecting stones? I always found floor 30-35 I think it was best.
