hi everone! i have a question about drop rate boost like 250% boost in Pso2! i know that if an item has lucky rise on it does not increase by 5%, it increases by 5% of the drop rate. So a 1% drop rate would be 1.05% so logically 50% drop boost ticket would be 1.50% so is 100%=+1% more drop rate?and 250% =+2.5% drop rate?would apreciated answers ^^

Let's put it with easy numbers, you'll see...

Let's take an item with a 1 chance to drop out of 100 000.

Its "normal" drop rate is 1 / 100000 = 0.00001%.

A +250% drop rate chance is:
(1+1*2.5)/100000 = 1*3.5/100000 = 3.5/100000 = 0.000035%

Still a bad drop rate.

So it makes a 1/100,000 into a 1/28,571. That's pretty good

Also note that you'll get a lot more common drops as well, since it modifies those as well.

On a related note, do triboosts and normal boost stack? If so, do those stack with the day's bonuses as well? And do all of those stack with the drink bonuses?

Meseta + 510% do wantYeah. Which is why I'm collecting XQ passes until the next 200% + event 100%. So much money. :3

Drop boosts boost the DAR (Drop anything rate) so they're a scam except for ExQs.

By what I had seen, yes.

You can use tri-boost with 3 different boosters plus the daily boost and the drink boost. 1000% boost much? ;)

That's true, but you're more likely to get items from the higher level drop tables, as well as breakable part units, since those are decided first. Then, you're more likely to get lower level stuff and general items over plain meseta.

So as long as you still see MST drops, you're not "missing out" on anything that "could have" dropped instead. If that makes any sense.

You do get more of everything, but it still helps for rares.

Not only do they stack, but they also stack with whatever daily bonus is going on.

100% Tribooster + 50% Meseta Booster + 200% Meseta drop bonus for the day = LOADS OF CASH

No joke, I managed to make around 500K from the BR EQs using boosters and the daily bonus. ;3

Extreme Quests (XQ) drop a lot of meseta. Like you know how boxes are the only way to see anything more than double digits normally? Well they can be even higher than box drops in XQ just from standard mobs and boss crystals.

It's like the only way to make meseta drops meaningful in any fashion. Stack a MST and Triboost on a MST event day and rake in the millions like the good old days.

Where can u see when the event days are?

Where can u see when the event days are?

Go to your menu in-game. Press system, it's the gear looking icon. System > notifications > information. Tells you all the events and you can just google translate them. They are also in the JP main site, bumped.org often neglects to post the boost days.

Which XQ Floors would be best for doing this on?
