Event Boost: EST Time Zone.
*August 1st-3rd: 100% Rare Drop Rate and Rare Enemy Appearance
*August 4th: 200% Meseta boost
*August 5th: 50% EXP Boost

IMPORTANT:
Those dates need adjusting for US time zone since Japan is one day ahead of US time zones. These start at 8 AM PST (11 AM EST) and last for 24 hrs.
Here:

**For USA Time zone**:

* WED. JULY 3rd TRI BOOST
+50% for Rare drop rate, Rare enemy appearance, and EXP boost.
* THURS. JULY 4th RARE DROP rate BOOST ＋５０％
* SUNDAY, July 7th: +200% Meseta boost.
* MONDAY, July 8th: +50% EXP boost.
* THURSDAY, July 11th: +50% Rare drop rate boost.

Pretty sure they do this intentionally, to get more people to login on weekdays.

Well there is the entire weak of triboost from the 10th through 17th.

I just hate how the same boost is on the same day. Every RDR event falls on a Friday (Thursday in NA). The only day I can't log in during prime time due to other commitments (well, and maintenance). I wouldn't care if it was just the timezone differences, but it's consistently the same day every time...

It's to the 14th but the last day is the 12th, they're clearly going to the end of the week of the week they leave off on. If that makes sense.

Pretty much the 2013/07/04 - 2013/07/14 is how they labeled the week it is, but those dates aren't really important. The dates of the days are the only thing you need to really look at. You can disregard the 2013/07/04 - 2013/07/14, it's just how they labeled the date. Probably something for organization on their end.
