tried multiple directories and it pops up with an error idk why but it does.

Seriously, use the inbuilt snipping tool to take screenshots, not skype.

I can't tell, but it's either asking where you want to install TO, or where the installer binary files are located.

My money's on the latter.

Are you running the installer as an administrator? Do you have at least two .bin files in the same folder as the installer?

(I still only have the CBT installer, for the record, so I don't know how many bin files there are in the latest installer. Of course, I haven't had an inherent need to reinstall yet, so...)
