Problems with AC [Archive]

Hello, I'm trying to Purchase some AC. I have enough Web money in my Webmoney Account, but I am getting stuck at the purchase screen. I followed a Tutorial from Bumped.org and pewpewplusplus.blogspot.com, but I keep getting an error. (Sorry for bad quality ^^;)
Can someone please tell me what it says? And/or tell me where I went wrong?

Your name need to be in full width, and address is incomplete.

Okay, I think I fixed the address. But what exactly does putting my name in "Full Width" mean?
