Alright cool, but why are there no Forces able to join? Is that because the spaces are taken up or because they're not allowed in the clan?

I have a bluefull level 106 RAcast, I would like to join if possible. I have such sucky rares that i cant even trade for non legit stuff. I just use good percent weapons that i find.
