All female Arks and residents of the Oracle fleet are allowed to join this search for Oracle's Top Model.
Get your best dress, your favorite make up and your prettiest accessory and show us why you are going to be the Top Model of all Oracle Fleet.
Each race will get 2 representatives, 1 chosen by a poll, 1 chosen by the judges.
After we found all the representatives we will have the final Poll to determine who is the Top Model of the Oracle Fleet.

As far as I know they do, did so far. If nothing changed all of them can access it.

It's due to someone uploading indecent pictures from a certain IP range that may have been banned, like Comcast in the US. It's a widely used ISP due to it being readily available in most areas.

Technically you can resubmit it, but it would be the best not to do it often. It could get confusing if it happens too often. But until the deadline you can resubmit it, just know that your last submit will be the one that counts.

The important part is that you decide on a style and stick with it. Like if you wanna go for cute, then use clothing, hairstyle, accesorry etc that looks cute. Same goes for sexy, nerdy and whatever you can think of. There is no prefered style here.

The criteria is mostly that you have a fitting style and not mixing lots of different.

Not as far as I know, there were one or two who were unsure about their entry but all got accepted, those who did not follow the rules were reminded of them and changed their entries in the correct style.

All went really smooth I must say, worked out pretty well! :)

I would suggest, that instead of absolutely no edits, that you allow ~5 minutes for typo correction and such. No more than that to avoid boosting as you said.

Its not so easy being the superior Race with the vast amount of armor and head combinations as well as the wealth one must spend to have such a piece of beautiful art... Only downside is its difficult and expensive getting fan art.

The final thread will be no public poll and the judges will determine the winner. Additional to this change there will be a change in the prizes.

This change is due some complaints and the best way to cover all interests. The winners of each race should not be worried and have confidence in their creation. We will make sure to determine the final winner as fair as possible based on their overall creation.
