Possible to extract player voice files?

I wanted to use the player voices in PSO2 as a voice mod for another game. Does anyone know how to rip the voice files?

I assume just mute everything but voice and record with a tool like fraps

Hm... I figured there was a way to extract the voices from the game files, like how people could extract the 3D models.
