Can't log in into PSO2.

I've registered a SegaID and it is permitted for use on PSO2, but for some reason I can't log in. Since I don't have an English patch I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. When I log in use all lowercase but I can't go onto any of the ships. I can't get to the character creation part. What should I do?:-(
