From what I can tell, the bonuses are for class level ups, most likely from the new classes that are available (Dewman).

Level 10: 3 50% triboosters
Level 20: 1 Half Doll, 1 100% tribooster
Level 30: 1 250% rare booster

You'll have until August 6th to level up your character and get the goods.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

You get two 250% rare boosters for reaching level 30.
