I got the platform , don't know what I'm supposed to do with it ... put it in my room and when I try to access it it says nothing to summon ... how to create a partner then

You have to do a client order from Koffie which involves talking to an NPC outside the center teleporter in the lobby. You can then go to the makeup counter and make a partner.

Be warned though, I don't think you can delete them once you make them.
