Game problem

hi,i'd like somone to help me with this bug of the game if possible,ever since this last update,whenever i go into those events where u talk to other NPC's like when you're on the fields or inside the ship it just goes into a black screen.i'll leave screenshots here

99% sure that its the english story patch causing issues; never install it directly after updates, wait till someone checks if it works without problems

and theres another problem i got too,in the char creation,whenever i press it, it stay like its loading forever,i press on it and nothing shows up,but the background stays moving like normal

The patch isnt working for me.i keep getting the black screens on the same places ive said i did
