Cue the "Sorry, our bad. Here's a 50% Rare Drop ticket or 50% Tri-Boost as compensation" speech. Never mind that the tickets are good for 30 minutes, while the servers will be down for 6 hours.

I did notice there was a mini-patch applied yesterday, too. Came in about 3pm local (MDT) and was less than a dozen files downloaded. So, first fix failed?

Maint regarding rare monsters? Why it may explain what the hell happened yesterday when I killed a rare variant of those transparent beach things and got 4 drops at once from it. They dont even have breakable parts.

2 being Meseta and 2 being the new WL PA discs lv 7 and 15.

Well I have not been able to play since about 5PM today because of a black screen I got when I was getting the 2nd matter board as my Braver named Altis maybe caused by the story patch not properly being installed.

PC locked up to do a bad Nvidia driver 320.49 & had to hard reset the PC while the story patch was downloading via the tweaker which is now been disabled, so I am currently undoing all English patches and downloading the new story patch torrent which will probably take most of the night.

I'm probably going to be up all night tonight to make sure everything works like it should once servers come back online at 1AM PDT, 4AM EDT. Going to drink Coffee to keep myself awake.

I have not even been using this site that long and I already have 99(+) posts.

Don't know if anyone else was having this problem, but I hope its fixed. Every time I would go to the new field, Coast, the volume would mute and when returning to the campship after quest or through a telepipe the game would freeze. Happened several times =/

Try doing a file check, that tends to resolve rather bizarre issues like that. It will overwrite your english patch if you have it though, so be ready to reapply it (or you might have to redownload it after the maintenance anyway, I don't know).

All English patches reinstalled and I am ready to play just have to wait another 3 & a half hours for Maint to end and hopefully nothing needs changed or no delays as well.

Coffee is made going to watch some anime via Crunchyroll for 3 and a half hours.

I finally got my client all nice and patched up and went to make some progress in game. I made it to taking on Big Vharda for the first time. After a fatal suckerpunch, I died in combat with only ten minutes until maintenance was to start. So much for getting that done tonight. D'oh!

I actually ran into the Cougar NX during Forest Exploration on my Braver and thought nothing of it, owned him without any issues since I had 3 (1 was my main Chou-Chou the other 2 was my friends characters) Force/Techer Partners with me who are my friends in-game they know very powerful PAs.

I'm hoping they finish Maint early (wishful thinking yes and probably won't happen) because I want to play but I am so high (not that kind of high mind you) on Caffeine at the moment its not funny I will probably crash when the Caffeine runs out.
