PSO 2 downloading?

Ok so I've done EVERYTHING. I've already filled out SEGA ID - download the English patch. (both files) Now my only question is...

Should I try to restart downloading? its says the following in the corners

Checking: 11244 and Downloading: 0

The working progress bar is not even at 25%?

Should I just leave it alone? Or restart till I see some action ;) :-?

The game recently saw a large content update and the downloader for the default launcher.
