But... Since I have no clue what's my ID was. I want to make another one.
I've tried to register to sega.com/psu, but the link is gone. Where should I register?)

NA PSU closed down some time in 2010. All versions of PSU are no longer in operation as of last September. If I remember right, you needed to sign in just to play offline.
