Is it normal for an Arm Unit to not match Cirnopedia?

That Arm Unit shows required Dex 261 when Cirnopedia stats 301 for the same Arm Unit, it also does not have HP +20 it has Stigma: Dex +20 PP +5.
Or does the required Dex change somehow?

They changed the equip requirements for nearly every unit I can think of. I'm sure that'll be reflected on cirno soon enough.

FYI, there are some 10s Armor like Ragne, Snow and Vardha has dropped in their requirement. And it has been noticed by most people since last wednesday.

The stigma is an affix on the unit. It also comes with 20 Hp.
