Whoa whoa whoa there buddy! You got to adjust not only the dewman's horns but the individual eyes as well! Can't expect Sega to cover every base now! /sarcasm

They probably recycled the ears for the horns so that they don't have to create a new skeleton. They can just reuse the human/newman model and cut down on potential bugs.
