How to find the New Photon blast Ilios?

hi everone, i have big trouble trying to find the new photon blast elios at the excube shop! there is no info on cirnopedia but i know this PB is out... i need help to know wich one it is also im Fi/HU.

Also what is the meaning of each letter ( P, I, N) after each PB item at the excube shop? ty for the help in advance :)

8 EX cubes at cube shop, last 3 PB in the order of Strike/range/Tech from top to bottom.
