1. They are campagin prizes from PSO2. Bumped often mentions what the campagins are for the week, on occassion an EX cube is a prize.
2. Trade in a 10star WEAPON in the recycle shop
3. The easiest way is to hit a level up with max level. EVery time you'd level up again it'd give you an ex cube

2. Trade in a NOT TRADE IN 10* (stuff like the AQ/Dark Falz stone rares do NOT count) in the recycle shop

They do count.

The only thing you can't trade in with "trade in rares" is 10* passes.

Also, there were some titles added recently where you get a total of 6 EXCubes by opening 75 message packs.

Also, you actually get 2 Excubes everytime you level up when you're at the max level.

good to know, the last reward seems to be a gunslash camo, for 150 message packs

Message packs? What? You know those things you see out in the field that give out a message when you interact with them? Those.

You can tell it's an unopened one when there's a "!" on the minimap.
