need a lil help

so im new to this whole pso2 thing. not new to the game been around since dreamcast. but anyways. I need a little help.

first I have gone to these people and have gotten the quest. like to get a mag and stuff. but when I go to choose a quest nothing comes up. all I got is the 4 arks quest. they are killing me lol. I want to do all the levels. how do I do this?

Koffie gives you client orders to unlock more areas.
