Game servers appear to be down but I haven't seen anything about maintenance.

Anyone else having this issue?

The game says that the servers are online but every time i try to log into ship 2 it spits out an error 249. I've never had a problem before the little maintenece that they just had.

I was just about to ask if it was just me. My internets been fine but all of a sudden about an hour ago it wont let me connect on pso and when it does it kicks me off when I try to switch blocks or goto my room. Now its giving me error 249.

something is stopping your ip according to one of my friends

i connected thru a VPN and it's working fine again

dunno what the cause is

I had the same problem with error 249 on login as well.

Not sure what to do now... m.. wait?

I'm in skype with a buddy who's logged on, and having no issues. It's letting me connect sometimes, but when I get to a loading screen I DC and have issues connecting again.

Its not that. Its the game server. It just started happening out of the blue. Its back working now though even though I didnt do anything to my connection at all. My nets 100% fine right now. I think it has something to do with that server upgrade earlier today

apparently it fixed the issue for one of my friends with a similar problem, so i suggested it

though i heard the issue was resolved by one of my other friends? can anyone log in?

Odd coincidence I reset my router and I was able to connect without issues.

That was eight hours ago though. While it could be a delayed effect of that maintenance, it's not bizarre for us not to immediately attribute it to something that came and passed without incident.

Well, I didn't do anything and just waited, and I can log in again, weird. :-?

That was supposed to be completed hours ago....

Anyways, I'm back on now with no issues. Anyone still having issues?

All right, I'm operational again. Boy, that was a scary couple of minutes. (not really)

Edit: And juuuust in time to miss Falz. Terrific.

Same here I seem to be back to normal again and was a little worried.

yes, got my 1st 630 in some time only to find servers were offline, but flushing my DNS fixed it so i could reconnect, a large number of my team mates were disconnecting like crazy and some couldn't get back on, I'm wondering if SEGAC's ID server maint messed up their building's network or something+^_^+

for flushing the DNS, type

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

into cmd.exe or make a batch file, it seems to work well for me if i have issues connecting to PSO2, before rebooting modem/router+^_^+ doesn't seem to do anything for other games/websites though+^_^+

I was almost finished doing a TACO, on the last boss I disconnected after being like 3/4 done with it.
