Does anyone know to do a CUT-IN CHAT shot WITHOUT your characters mouth moving?

I love the cut in chat feature but I played PSU and I liked having shots where my mouth doesn't move certain situations. Ive seen a Japanese player be able to do it, but I haven't been able to figure it out myself.

So far not yet. That's why I liked PSU's cut ins more. Much easier for wacky antics, and the smirk/sneer one was God tier hilarious.

On the subject of cut-ins,

I've seen people use this cut-in where the background is red like the angry cut-in, but much darker and has a more "falzy" aura. I think all of them wore a rappy suit, but idk if that's relevant.
Q: What cut-in is this???

It just the normal /ci3 angry cut-in, but it's different with the Rappy suit for some reason.
Most other cut-ins also have different backgrounds with the Rappy suit.

When making a character, what the player can do is just test each expression, nothing else.
