why some items

hello guys i dont know why some weapons or armor i cant use it

can i know how much level for i can use it or what i have awesome weapon but i cant use it plz help me

I presume by armor, you mean units and not costumes.
In any case, it's not about level, you need to have:
-the right base stats
-The right main class
- (For costumes) the right race and gender.

When you look at the item details, on the first tab, the number in parentheses (XXX) shows your base stat's current level, next to the weapon's requirement.

You don't have the required stats to equip unit/ weapon.
