Im new to PSO2

Hi i just got the game and finished the tutorial (btw I am on Vita) and I am trying to find some english homies. I cant. I am on ship02 room 20 but I dont see anyone. Am i just lagging? Are these setings still correct? Also, is there anyway to get anything at all into english.:-?

English tends to gather in B20, but they also play in other blocks too.
If you play yesterday, B20 seems to lack of English players (I play VH Dark Falz with just 5 people! In B20! And run out of time...>.<)

You mean like changing japanese to english? I don't think there's a way for Vita (I might be wrong)

B-020 is the "English" Block. You were on either B-220 or B-120 as those are the only Block 20's a Vita player can go to.

Just ask around to see if anyone is recruiting or get acquainted with the people that hang around there.

As for adding other Vita players, see if they're willing to do so.
