It was expected since it was a crossover event. Can't expect to get the items without getting involved with Border Break Union.

Yeah well, BB Union is an arcade game and I'm assuming you had to pay to play it either way and logging in to your SEGA ID while playing to earn the bonuses. PSO2 is free so that nulls the payment part.

Only natural for Sega to give out the BB Union items to those that participated in a game that needs to be paid to play.
