About weapons with special abilities like Splendid Recovery, Healing wind etc

The Seitenweise 9* and 10* versions have the Splendid recovery ability which should increase PP regeneration by 10% or more but is it something that should be showing on the abilities palette?
I've navigated through many of these weapons on the player shops but none of them have this ability on them.


Also, there are levels :
Lv.1 Boosts PP recovery speed by 10%.
Lv.2 Boosts PP recovery speed by 13%.
Lv.3 Boosts PP recovery speed by 16%.
Lv.4 Boosts PP recovery speed by 19%.
Lv.5 Boosts PP recovery speed by 21%.

It's a special effect made by the weapon, so it does not go to any of your palettes.

Pretend that latent abilities are a special passive ability when you equipped the weapons.

They are marked in yellow text.
In the shop you are able to make it so it only shows weapons with it unlocked.

Guy had the rod fully Latent unlocked and of course grinded at 10, wish I would have taken a screenshot but man I was jealous, didnt need a reminder

Slightly off-topic:

I have no idea why, but this thread made me inclined to go onto Cirnopedia and search the entire database for weapons/units that I'm interested. It didn't stop there, though...I also went to almost every other table to add even more items (room goods, clothing, accessories, music discs, etc.) to my Wishlist, and apparently now I have a list of 60+ different items for both my character and her room. >_>'
